A boiler breakdown is stressful — especially in winter. We prioritise repair calls and aim to get to you as quickly as possible, often the same day or next day. We carry a range of common parts in the van so many repairs can be completed on the first visit.

Experienced fault-finding

With 17 years at British Gas (including time as lead engineer handling complex faults) and over 4 years running Origin Heating, there aren't many problems we haven't seen before. We use professional diagnostic equipment to pinpoint the issue quickly, saving you time and money.

No fix, no fee

If we can't fix the problem, you don't pay for the repair. We'll always be upfront about whether a repair is worthwhile or whether it's time to consider a new boiler.

No hot water or heating, boiler lockouts and error codes, strange noises (banging, whistling, gurgling), leaks and drips, low pressure or pressure loss, pilot light issues, thermostat and control faults, and intermittent faults that come and go.
